I appreciate that these bars are plant based and packed with 12g of protein. Overall, the Cranberry Almond tasted better. However, the Peanut Butter Chocolate wasn't too bad. They tasted like you'd expect of a protein bar.
The packaging does claim it provides energy, however in looking over the ingredients, I'm not sure where the energy source comes from, most of the ingredients listed - provide the protein.
Both FITBar flavors do have an acquired taste - or a taste that one can overlook; in a pinch - and needing something to fulfill a hunger craving.
